Hack, Nancy

Nancy Hack is a private practice mediator helping people resolve their differences. She was a board member with the City of Edmonton's Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and a public member with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta Professional Disciplinary Appeal Panel. She has a certificate in Tribunal Administrative Justice, and is an instructor of Principles of Administrative Justice. Nancy holds a B. Ed., and is a Certified Mediator and Registered Family Mediator.

Hull, Patricia

Patricia Hull is an accomplished healthcare manager, quality specialist and educator with more than 20+ years’ diverse experience in public, non-profit and private sector health organizations and higher education institutions. She holds an Ed.D. degree in Higher Education (Administration) and Master’s degrees In Teaching and in Human Nutrition. Her professional designations include CHE, CPHR, PMP and RPR. Patricia has also worked with a wide variety of government and community-based boards and advisory committees since 2000.

Lindsay, John

John Lindsay is a retired property assessor/appraiser and senior manager. He was employed by The City of Calgary, Assessment business unit for purpose of property assessment/taxation, and liaised with the public, all levels of government, corporate management and various provincial government and private interest groups. John has a diploma in Property Appraisal and Assessment Administration and numerous post-secondary certificates related to the property appraisal field. He holds a professional designation of Accredited Municipal Assessor of Alberta (AMAA), with the Alberta Assessors’ Association which is registered under the Professional and Occupational Associations Registrations Act (POARA). John is registered with two industry associations where, as a member, has been engaged in numerous governance activities including board president, director, and committee appointments. He has served as a board member on several member discipline hearings under (POARA).

Piecowye, Debi

Debi Piecowye is a lawyer who has extensive administrative law experience. She has appeared before many tribunals and all levels of the Alberta Courts. She provides legal advice on a variety of matters to the Edmonton City Council and senior management. In addition to attaining an LLB with Distinction, she also earned an MBA from the University of Alberta. She holds a Certificate in Negotiation from Osgood Hall Law School of York University and a BA in English from the University of Saskatchewan.
