Valle, Patrizia

Patrizia Valle is the Principal of General Counsel Consulting where she acts as external general counsel to corporations and government entities on a variety of matters. Patrizia also serves on the Alberta Human Rights Commission Tribunal. Patrizia has extensive corporate governance experience and has volunteered on several boards. Patrizia is trilingual and has received numerous honours and awards. She received her B.A. (with distinction) and J.D. (Dean's List standing) from the University of Alberta.

Bohn, Larry

Larry Bohn held the position of President & CEO of Bow Valley Credit Union for 35 years before retiring. He has served on the Alberta Out of Country Health Services Appeal Board and on the Board of Governors for Bow Valley College. Larry chaired the Audit and Finance committee for 5 years. Larry was educated in Alberta and received his certificate of Credit Union Director Designation from Rotman School of Management in 2018. In 2019, Larry was appointed to the Canmore Planning Commission and is vice-chair. In February 2020, Larry was elected to the Canmore Golf & Curling Club Board.

Swanson, David

David Swanson is a retired architectural project executive with over 35 years of experience managing the development of sport, recreational, event centres and educational facilities. David currently serves as Vice Chair of the Sport for Calgary Foundation, board member of Accessible Housing Calgary and member of the Citizen’s Appeal Panel. Formerly, David served as board chair for the Calgary Airport Authority and Calgary Stampede Parade Committee Chair. David holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree and a Master’s of Architecture degr

Competencies required for members of the council of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta include governance, risk management and effective verbal communication. David Swanson was directly recruited and appointed based on meeting the competencies, skills and attributes as described above.

Graham, Earl

Earl Graham is a member of the Parkland Planning Services - Subdivision Appeal Board and of the Blue Mountain Power Co-op Board. Earl served on AAMDC (now RMA) from 2014 to 2017, as a Clearwater County Council member from 2004 to 2017 and was Deputy Reeve from 2009 to 2015. Earl currently serves as a board member for the Caroline Museum and the Caroline Chamber of Commerce, as Chair for the Caroline Volunteer Ambulance Board, and as a volunteer for the Caroline Ag Society. Earl has owned various businesses serving the Caroline community.
