Dutchak, Sid

Sid Dutchak provides advisory services in corporate and organizational structuring and software development. He is a former CEO of a publicly traded company and has held senior leadership roles across multiple industries. Previously, Sid practiced criminal and commercial law in Saskatchewan, served as Saskatchewan’s Attorney General and Minister of Justice, and represented Canada as a senior negotiator on First Nations land and damages claims in Manitoba and Alberta. He holds a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Sid Dutchak was directly recruited and appointed to the Police Review Commission on the basis of acceptably meeting the competencies, skills and attributes required by the Commission.

Murphy, Katherine

Katherine Murphy has extensive senior leadership and regulatory experience, including as a civilian leader in law enforcement leading large multi-disciplinary teams. Prior to serving as CEO of the Police Review Commission, she served as Chief Strategy Officer with the Calgary Police Service and, prior to that, as Chief of Staff and Corporate Secretary of the Canada Energy Regulator. She holds a bachelor of laws from Dalhousie University and a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Acadia University.

Katherine Murphy was directly recruited and appointed to the Police Review Commission on the basis of acceptably meeting the competencies, skills and attributes required by the Commission.
