Donaldson, Michael
Mr. Michael J. Donaldson, KC is a partner at Lawson Lundell LLP. He has extensive experience practicing in commercial arbitration, commercial litigation and securities litigation. He is an adjunct professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Law from Columbia University, New York, USA. He was called to the Bar in 1996.
Macdonald, Matthew J.
Matheson, Scott
Scott Matheson, KC, is a litigation partner at Field LLP in Edmonton. He is a sessional instructor in Civil Procedure at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law and a contributor to Stevenson and Cote’s Civil Procedure Handbook. He is a former board chair of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and since 2023 he has served as a Bencher with the Law Society of Alberta. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta and a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall.
