Les Fisher has significant leadership experience in his previous roles as the Program Director; EMS Strategy, Planning, and Reporting, and Director of EMS Operations in Calgary, Alberta. He has also
worked previously as a Director for the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS) and as the Chief Operating Officer of BC Ambulance Services (BCAS). Les Fisher’s wide range of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience from paramedic to critical care transport, along with 40 years of EMS and health leadership in instructional roles offers a crucial perspective needed in guiding the Emergency Health Services Provincial Health Corporation.
