Tokar, Jennifer
Jennifer has worked for the former AADAC and currently Alberta Health Services for the past 18 years. She is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta and currently works as an Addiction Counsellor with Children Youth and Families. Jennifer has worked for several non-profit organizations and has held many volunteer positions. Jennifer has always had a strong passion for social justice and human rights and has a special interest in serving those diagnosed with FASD. She enjoys travelling, camping, fishing and her dogs. Jennifer has two grown kids.
Orakwue, Prince
Prince Nwigwe is a trained architect and a Rev Pastor. He is a Senior Pastor/Board president of the Fountain of Life Church, Red Deer, and a co-Principal Cupola Architecture Ltd, with over 15 years of board/committee experiences with, non-profit, professional, religious and community organizations. Prince holds a post-graduate degree, University of Architecture, Venice, Italy, B.Tch degree NAIT, Doctoral Theology degree, MSUCT/NCCT, NC, USA. Prince is a Board Member of the Canadian Institute of Traditional Architecture.
Norris, Catherine
Catherine Norris is an independent external decision maker, appointed by the Minister of Public Safety, who reviews decisions regarding the confinement of inmates in structured intervention units. Prior to this, she was with Alberta Children and Family Services for 20 years where she has extensive committee experience in her role as a senior manager. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in sociology and criminal justice.
