Henderson, Hamish
Hamish Henderson has been involved in a General Practice Law in Alberta for over 32 years. He has appeared regularly before all level of the Alberta Courts, as well as numerous Boards and Tribunals. Mr. Henderson is also a Mediator and Registered Collaborative Family Law Lawyer, as well as a part-time Correctional Services Adjudicator and Chair of the Insurance Councils Appeal Board.
Lees, Jim
Mr. James Lees completed a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Alberta and began his career in human resources at Canada Post. Over his career he worked with the Cross Cancer Institute and finally with Alberta Health Services (AHS). His focus was in employee and labour relations, dispute resolution, and negotiations of collective agreements. He retired in 2014 as a Manager of Employee & Labour Relations at AHS. Mr. Lee has since gained certification in foundation of administrative justice and has served on various boards.
Costigan, Aman
Aman Costigan is a self-employed speaker and vision board workshop leader who works with women and lawyers in the city and virtually. Aman is a former administrative law lawyer who practiced primarily in professional regulation and professional discipline. Aman holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of Saskatchewan and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with distinction from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Aman brings extensive experience with quasi-judicial and administrative tribunal proceedings to regulatory governance.
McKay, Meghan
Meghan McKay is a Calgary-based learning and development professional with over seventeen years in Alberta's public sector, including the workers' compensation and administrative justice systems. Her studies have included human resources, occupational health and safety, and mediation, and she holds a certificate in Tribunal Administrative Justice from the Foundation of Administrative Justice. Her background spans adjudication, appeals, and public-facing advisory work, bringing a practical, equity-focused perspective to governance and service.
