Andrade, Ashley
Ashley Andrade is an Investigator who works to find perpetrators of financial crime. In addition, she volunteers as a head coach of a girls’ volleyball team, mentoring young girls to gain confidence and improve their skills.
Ashley has Board experience through her work with the CPA Calgary Chapter Board, two local constituency Boards and the Northern Hills Community Association Board. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Dalhousie University as well as a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and a Certified Financial Crime Specialist.
Mahmood, Afshan
Afshan is an economist experienced in strategic oversight & regulatory proceedings, with a strong focus on public interest. Currently a Senior Regulatory Specialist with AESO, she has worked at ENMAX & AER on Federal/Provincial Joint Review Panels in the energy sector. She’s on the board of Money Mentors & Toastmasters & as a volunteer presenter with CWF-CCC. She provides a unique perspective to Boards because of her lived experience as an immigrant woman of colour.
Afshan has a Masters in Economics from the University of Calgary & is a PMP®.
