Innes, Trina
Trina Innes has had a diverse career in public, academic and non-government sectors including working as chief sustainability officer, senior manager, professional forester, and environmental educator in Alberta and British Columbia.
She has extensive experience in natural resource management, facilitation, public education, strategic planning and board governance.
Trina has been a lecturer at Mount Royal University and the University of Alberta and served on the boards of non-profit organizations. She currently serves as the vice-chair of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education and as a volunteer with the Holyrood Community League. Previously she served on the boards of the Alberta Emerald Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Alberta, Inside Education, and the Alberta Capital Airshed. She also served on the City of Edmonton’s Environmental Advisory Committee. She has two masters degrees in business and forestry, postgraduate certificates in change management and corporate social responsibility and has been recognized with the ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Woodley, Dwayne
Dwayne Woodley is a retired Senior Maintenance/Turnaround Scheduler and Technician who has
led turnaround scheduling teams for major heavy industrial turnarounds and coordinated site
projects for many companies including Nutrien, Canexus, Alliance Pipeline, TransCanada Pipeline
while also owning/managing an automotive dealership and franchise.
Dwayne has been a member of Site Corporate Initiatives team, Safety Representative, Equipment
Criticality Assessment team, Equipment Asset Validation team, Minor Hockey Board member,
Minor Hockey Elite Director, Hockey Coach.
Dwayne has Specialist Certification in Industrial Project Management and Maintenance Planning
and has developed and implemented industrial maintenance processes.
Dwayne holds Interprovincial Journeyperson Certification as an Electrician and Industrial
Instrumentation Technician from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
