Adam Letourneau, QC is a lawyer, arbitrator and mediator who works with clients and parties to help them solve their legal disputes. He has significant board and committee experience as a Bencher of the Law Society of Alberta, a Director of Legal Aid Alberta, and ADR Institutes of Alberta and Canada. Adam is a Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Mediator and was appointed as Queen's Counsel by the Minister of Justice. He holds a Juris Doctor (Alberta) and postgraduate LLM from University of London in international dispute resolution.

Nazrina Umarji has a Bachelor of Education with Distinction and a Juris Doctor degree both from the University of Alberta. Nazrina began her legal career in private practice and then joined the City of Edmonton Law Branch, practicing in the areas of expropriation and municipal law. Thereafter, she practiced administrative law and civil litigation for nine years with the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta. Currently, Nazrina is a board officer with the Alberta Surface Rights Board and an active volunteer in the community.
