Singh Dhillon, Navjeet
Mr. Dhillion has been an AIMCo director since October 2022. Mr. Dhillion is an entrepreneur and the founder of Mainstreet Equity Corp. (headquartered in Calgary). He is also the founder and owner of National Payments. Mr. Dhillon has significant board experience, having served on the board of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Invest Alberta and on the Premier’s Alberta Economic Recovery Council. He holds an MBA and an Institute of Corporate Directors designation.
Montemurro, Jason
Mr. Montemurro is a senior executive with experience in the areas of finance, accounting, and investment. Since 2020, Mr. Montemurro has been the Chairperson of Karma Technologies (Canada) Inc. and was previously a partner with Azimuth Capital Management. He currently works as an energy and financial/capital markets advisor. Mr. Montemurro holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, as well as Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.
Keohane, James
Mr. Keohane has been an AIMCo director since 2021. Mr. Keohane is a Certified Financial Analyst and has over 40 years of institutional investing experience, including significant public sector pension plan expertise. From 1999 to 2020, Mr. Keohane held a number of senior positions with the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, including as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2020. He serves on boards of non-profit organizations, including as a Board Trustee of Queen’s University and chairing its Pension Committee and Investment Committee. Mr. Keohane also holds an MBA and an Institute of Corporate Directors designation.
