Brian Frank has an extensive background as an executive an board member covering over 30 years. Mr. Frank's work and board experience spans the private sector, public sector and not-for-profit sectors. Mr. Frank has also worked internationally through his career. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Public Administration, both from Carleton University in Ottawa.

Mike Boyle is currently the Director of Negotiations, Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA). Mike has many years of experience in the delivery of comprehensive bargaining in Health Care for the professional technical members represented by HSAA in Alberta. He has experience setting up and administering of boards and the governance structure and accountabilities that go along with the work. Mike has completed his Senior Management Development Program from the Uof A.
McConkey, Brian
Miller, Shawna
Ms. Shawna Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of Virtus Services Ltd., as well as the President and Business Owner of Smithco Enterprises Ltd. which operates 16 Subway Restaurants. She is the Chair of the Alberta Chamber of Commerce, board member with the Workers' Compensation Board, and a board member with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Alberta and a Business Administration certificate in Accounting from Grande Prairie Regional College.
Block, Ray
Dr. Block was interim President at Olds College from August 2, 2022 until January 15, 2023. Previously employed at NAIT for 9.5 years where he served as interim President, and VP Admin. and C.F.O. During his term as President and CEO of the Alberta Mental Health Board, he received the Alberta Centennial Medal from the Government of Alberta for his contributions to Alberta's health care system. He has a PhD in Public Health, and professional designations as a CPA and an ICD.D. He currently serves on the WCB board and previously AHS.
Walker, Nancy
Seo, Claire
Claire Seo is in the second year of the Occupational Health and Safety program at NAIT. Prior to NAIT, she had a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Alberta and has worked in a non-profit organization, government and inter-governmental relations. During her school life at NAIT, Claire was elected Senator for NAITSA and is now an elected member for Board of Governors at NAIT.
