Godwin, Michael
Michael Godwin is a retired partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 30 years of experience on audits of financial institutions of varying sizes and complexity in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Godwin also directed numerous special assignments for large pension plans, banks, trusts, and insurance companies. He currently serves on the Independent Review Committee for ATB Investment Management, a major Alberta-based Investment Funds Manager.
Nickerson, Suzanne
Suzanne Nickerson is a retired partner with KPMG and has held roles on various boards as a member and as Chair. She has over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Nickerson’s understanding of the legislative environment is founded on senior positions she has held as Assistant Auditor General of Alberta and Assistant Deputy Chief Inspector for ATB Financial. Ms. Nickerson’s recent work includes advising boards and crown organizations on governance matters.
Aherne, Patrick
Patrick Aherne is the Director, Internal Audit at Nova Chemicals. Prior to his current position, he had over 20 years of experience in various roles within Husky Energy. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream businesses within the oil and gas industry. Mr. Aherne is a finance leader who excels at enhancing existing and developing new organizational capability.
McCallum, Heather
Heather MacCallum was the President and Chief Executive Officer of NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul for the past four years. Prior to this, she held roles as the Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance at NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul for seven years. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting with over 16 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She is a board member of Alberta Board of Skilled Trades, responsible for advising Advanced Education on the direction of Alberta’s designated trades certification system. She is skilled in strategic and financial leadership, governance and negotiations.
Falkenberg, Keith
Keith Falkenberg is a retired partner with Deloitte, Calgary where he provided international taxation services and has held roles on various boards as member and treasurer. Mr. Falkenberg is a Chartered Professional Accountant, with over 40 years of experience in public accounting and government. He currently serves as an independent board member of Bordeaux Properties Inc., a private land development company in the Calgary metropolitan area. He is a board member and treasurer of the Calgary Community Bridge League. He is also a board member of the UCP Calgary-Klein Constituency Association.
Ifidon, Ola
Ola Ifidon has over 20 years experience in business transformation, project management, management consulting, strategic advisory and planning, business analysis and Information Technology governance. She is currently a Partner at ValCon Inc., previously a Digital Strategy Manager at Suncor Energy. She has served on various Not-For-Profit boards in the past 10 years.
