Greg Walter is a real estate and financial services lawyer from Calgary with extensive experience in commercial real estate matters. Greg has acted as counsel for several Schedule 1 banks, institutional and private lenders, as well as some of the largest real estate developers and builders in Canada. Greg has deep involvement in the professional community, and serves on the board of the Mortgage Loans Association of Alberta. Greg gives back to his community by serving on the board for the 10,000 Kids Project Society, which raises funds for youth in need and school lunch programs. He is a born and raised Albertan.
Erika Ringseis is located in Calgary and is senior legal counsel specializing in labour and employment law at InHaus Legal. Erika has a Juris Doctorate degree in addition to her undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary, and a Master’s of Science degree and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Engen is a fifth-generation landowner in Lacombe County and was the Reeve of the County from 2004-2010. As an elected municipal official for 9 years, he has directed and chaired numerous commissions, review boards, and public hearings. In October 2010, Mr. Engen was appointed as a Board Member of the ERCB and reappointed as a part time Hearing Commissioner of the AER in 2013. He has also worked with several community organizations in senior level positions. Mr. Engen has a diverse background in leadership roles with Lacombe County, the Alberta Association of Municipal Districts & Counties, Hockey Alberta, Hockey Canada, Real Estate Council of Alberta, and his local community. He is recognized for his leadership skills and his ability to build collaborative relationships with government agencies and the community.
