Alison specializes in regulatory law and administrative law as counsel for the Alberta Utilities Commission. She is also an active member of the Law Society of Yukon. Alison has experience in civil litigation, energy, electric utilities, gas utilities, water utilities, dispute resolution, personal injury, collections, business operations, and real estate. She has appeared in all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Supreme Court of Yukon and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Alison received her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sociology and Criminology) from the University of Calgary and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta.
Wilson, Don
With over 35 years of experience in the transportation safety industry, Don brings considerable regulatory experience, many valuable contacts and strategic management experience to the Public Member, board position.
Notable is his past involvement as Executive Director with the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) and as a committee member at Mount Royal University for their Strategic Management continuing education program.
He has also been a volunteer with the Calgary Stampede Promotions Committee for 18 years.
