Cenaiko, Harvey
Harvey Cenaiko is a retired police officer with over 40 years' service in Canada's criminal justice system. He was an MLA for Calgary-Buffalo and was Alberta Solicitor General and Minister of Public Security. He moved to the Parole Board of Canada as Vice-Chair for the prairie region and then as Chair and Chief Executive Officer. He has certificates in Personnel Administration, Human Resource Development and Management Development, all from the University of Calgary and a Human Resources Management certificate from Queen's University.

Evans, John
John Evans, KC, has been practicing law in Alberta for over 20 years and is currently the managing partner at the Stringam law firm. He has appeared at all levels of Alberta Courts, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Saskatchewan Provincial Court and Court of King's Bench, the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Tax Court of Canada. John is also a seminar presenter for the Legal Education Society of Alberta.

Timbres, Melissa
Melissa Timbres is a partner with Miller Thompson LLP in Edmonton. She is a member of the Business Law and Privacy Practice Groups and advises on issues related to commercial real estate and land development, commercial financings, intellectual property agreements and privacy contracts. Melissa previously worked as a home care nurse and community health nurse at the Strathcona County Health Centre. She has a Nursing Diploma from Grant MacEwan College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.
Melissa Timbres was directly recruited and appointed on the basis of acceptably meeting the competencies, skills and attributes required by the Committee.
Nelson, Patricia
Patricia Nelson worked in the energy industry as Controller for Sabre Petroleum, and Financial Control Manager for Suncor Inc. prior to being elected to the Alberta Legislature for 15 years. She served as Minister of Energy, Economic Development, Government Services and Finance. She was a member of the Treasury Board and Agenda and Priorities for 12 years. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Altalink, Optiom Inc., and WHY Resources Inc. She has a B.Com from the University of Calgary.

Cooper, Terrence
Terrence Cooper, KC, is the managing partner with the Cooper & Company law firm. He has litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, insurance, employment and estate litigation. He also practices in corporate law, commercial financing and real estate. During his 39-year career, he has been active in continuing legal education, lecturing at seminars across the province and has been active in his community serving on numerous boards. He has a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Calgary.

Crowfoot, Chief Ouray
Chief Ouray Crowfoot is the Chief of Siksika Nation and spent several years away from Siksika gaining his education and work experience and returned in 2017 to assist the Nation in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Chief Ouray Crowfoot earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), a Master's degree in Accounting (MACC) and earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Sara, Anand
Anand Pal Singh Sara, K.C., has practiced law in Calgary for over thirty years and is the founder of Sara Law in Calgary. Anand has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.), a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, all from Panjab University Chandigarh, India. He completed the requirements as determined by the Professional Examination Board in Law of the Universities Co-ordinating Council, Alberta, to upgrade his law degree from India. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1992.
Nicholson, Christa
Christa Nicholson, KC is a lawyer with over 30 years of experience. She has been a law partner at Blake Cassels and Graydon LLP, Osler Hoskin and Harcourt LLP, and Jensen Shawa Solomon Duguid Hawkes LLP. She has written and presented on insolvency and restructuring law and alternative dispute resolution, and handled insolvency, commercial, and energy disputes. She currently works alongside a charity on human rights, including constitutional cases. She has a BA (with distinction) from the University of Calgary and a JD from Queen's University.
