Shreekanta Aryal is a social activist and community volunteer. He has been volunteering and contributing hundreds of hours to the community and different organizations for the past several years in various roles. His most recent positions have been as a board member of Nepali Pathshala (language and culture school), event coordinator, secretary, vice president and he is currently serving as the president of the Nepalese Community Society of Calgary (NCSC).
Shreekanta holds a Master of Economics from Tribhuvan University Kathmandu Nepal.

He is a Director with The Connection Intercultural Association, Chair of the City of Medicine Hat Social Development Board and Chair of the Local Immigration Partnership Executive Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communication from Royal Road University and a diploma from the ECWA Information & Computer Science Institute in Nigeria.

Mr. Hassan is the CEO of Immigrant Services Calgary, which provides a wide range of settlement services to immigrants and refugees looking to begin their lives in Canada. He is co-founder of Fullsoul Canada, a not-for-profit equipping hospitals in Uganda with medical supplies. Mr. Hassan is a member of the Rotary Club of Calgary Fish Creek and Chair of their vocational committee. He hold a Bachelor of Arts, Management Services from the University of Waterloo, a certificate in project management from York University, and a certificate in financial markets from Yale School of Management.
