Osinski, Ann-Marie
Ann-Marie Osinski (CPA, CA) has spent 30 years working with large organizations in the energy industry to manage strategic risks, monitor financial performance, improve governance and controls and protect stakeholder interests. She was an Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held many leadership roles. She was also an Audit Committee Chair for 10 years for two not-for-profit organizations. She has been published in the CPA "Capitalize" and "Bottom Line" magazines. She is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree.
Johannson, Karl
Mr. Karl Johannson has spent most of his career in Alberta’s oil and gas industry. Most recently, Mr. Johannson was the Executive Vice President and President of Canadian, Mexican and natural gas pipelines and energy for TC Energy (formerly TransCanada Corporation). He has held a number of other senior leadership roles in that organization, including Executive Vice President and President of Natural Gas Pipelines, Senior Vice President of Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines, and Senior Vice President of Power.
Mr. Johannson is currently a member of the board of directors of Clear Stream Energy Services Inc. He was the chair of TC Pipelines, L.P.; the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association; Cancarb Ltd.; and a member of the board of directors of Bruce Power LLC.
Mr. Johannson holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Calgary.
Maxwell, Michael
Mr. Mike Maxwell joined the Alberta Electric System Operator Board in October 2017 and is a member of the Human Resources Committee and Power System Committee. Mr. Maxwell is currently the Vice-President, Infrastructure and Chief Information Officer at the YYC Calgary Airport. There, he ensures that this piece of major transportation infrastructure is managed and operated in a safe, secure and reliable manner, leveraging technology and facilities to deliver operational efficiency and exceptional passenger experiences.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Maxwell worked elsewhere in the aviation industry, leading the technology practice at the Halifax, Nova Scotia and Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota airports. He began his career in industrial inspection services, working in power-generating plants on the Canadian East Coast. His career also encompasses work in nuclear and coal-fired power plants, where he became involved in information technology. He holds large-enterprise experience as well, having worked for large direct-marketing retailers in Oregon, Ohio and Maine.
Mr. Maxwell holds a double degree from Bishop’s University in Mathematics and Computer Science, and has been an active member in the community, volunteering to coach youth sports and contributing his time to charitable organizations.
Clark, Stephen
Stephen Clark is an executive with 40 years of experience in the energy and engineering industries. He has spent the majority of his career with TC Energy where he was Senior Vice President of; the Canadian and N.E. US Gas Pipelines business, and the Strategy & Corporate Development group. He gained his engineering experience with; Fluor, Stone & Webster, and the New Brunswick Research and Productivity Council. Stephen has held Board positions with the Calgary Homeless Foundation and Board and Chair positions with the Canadian Mental Health Association. Stephen holds a BSc. Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Stephen is a life member of APEGA.

Marketing Program from Queens University and ICD.D from the Rotman School of Business. She is currently the Chai1 Of the Governance & HR Committee on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Homeless Foundation.
Habib, Georgette
Ms. Habib is a former Board Member of the National Energy Board (NEB), Canada’s national energy regulator and has over 30 years of experience in the regulation of oil and gas transmission, distribution, gas processing, energy exports and upstream energy infrastructure on both provincial and federal level. Georgette holds a Masters in Economics and a bachelor of arts.
