Dr. Frank Cotae is an Associate Professor of International Business at Mount Royal University and has held leadership positions globally in business management, strategy and international development. He holds a PhD in International Business Management from St. John's University, a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from California State University.

Dave, Darshana

Ms. Darshana Dave is an Economic Development Officer, Entrepreneurship & Innovation with the Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo Economic Development and Tourism. She holds Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Mumbai University, a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India, and an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Finch, David

Dr. David Finch is an educator, scholar and practitioner and has held progressively senior roles in the area of corporate strategy both in Canada and abroad. He currently holds several academic appointments including as a Professor at Mount Royal University's Bissett School of Business, a Visiting Fellow at the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, and the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University, a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Jones, Glen

Dr. Glen Jones is a Professor of Higher Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, Department of Leadership at the University of Toronto and has held several administrative appointments over his tenure at UofT. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Education degree from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Education degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba.

Rock, Terry

Dr. Terry Rock is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Platform Calgary. He is the past Executive Director of the Alberta Small Brewers Association and founding Chief Executive Officer of Calgary Arts Development Authority. He has volunteered on The TELUS Calgary Community Board and has served on several boards, including Sled Island Music & Arts Festival and Calgary Cultural Capital events. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan.

Walsh, Elka

Dr. Elka Walsh is the National Learning & Skills Lead with Microsoft Canada. Prior to joining Microsoft Canada, she was the President & Chief Executive Officer with UDiscover LEARNING, Chief Education & Learning Officer and Vice President of Education and Learning with Telus Spark Science Centre. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Public Policy from McMaster University as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Ogilvie, Timothy

Dr. Timothy Ogilvie is the Vice President and Dean at MCG Career College. He has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in academic, operations and business fields. He serves as a director on the Alberta Association of Career Colleges, a volunteer advisor with Nose Creek Museum and an Academic Advisor with the Alberta Association of Professional Paralegals. He holds a Masters of Global Management degree, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Systems Leadership in Higher Education from Royal Roads University. He is currently a candidate for his Doctorate in Education.

Barmby, James

Dr. James Barmby has over 30 years of experience in the leadership of universities, colleges, and government. Career highlights of the former Chair of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce Education and Training Committee include strategic enrolment management of domestic and international students, labour market curriculum development, and university government relations.

Rimmer, Anne

Ms. Anne Rimmer is a Policy Analyst, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Higher Education with the Organizational for Economic Cooperation and Development. She served as a member of a number of oversight and advisory boards as executive in the UK Civil Services, and she was responsible for the secretariat for Higher Education Reform board at the UK's Department of Education. Ms. Rimmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient and Modern History from the University of Oxford (UK) and a Systems Thinking Certificate from Cornell University (USA).
