Amerongen, Cynthia
Ms. Amerongen holds a dual Masters designation in Leadership and Adult Education, and a Bachelor of General Studies, both from Athabasca University, and a diploma in business administration from NAIT. Ms. Amerongen has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in post-secondary education and health foundation fundraising. Board experience includes Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce, 2015 Western Canada Summer Games, and Athabasca University Academic Council. Ms. Amerongen is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.
Mosier, Louise
Louise Mosier retired after 37 years as a registered cardiology technologist and a certified medical laboratory assistant. She spent the last seven years of her career as supervisor of the specimen procurement and dispatch team in a busy hospital laboratory. She has served on the councils of two different regulated health professions, one as a non-voting member and the other as a public member. Louise also served as a preceptor to students and on various committees throughout her career.
Hauch, Karl
Hauch has 17+ years of valued municipal/work leadership experience. A leader in both the public and private sectors, he has a profound understanding of legal, economic, political, technical, and social issues, applying ‘outside of the box’ thinking. 25+ years leadership experience in private sector work as a Master Planner/Scheduler. Example of Karl’s leadership – major contributor/team player for the coordination of Shell’s - largest major turnaround in 2010 at Scotford.
Hauch is passionate about volunteering, the outdoors, family/friends, and his faith.
Gerlitz, Mark
Mark Gerlitz is a retired international energy lawyer. Mark continues to serve on various boards of directors. Throughout his career, Mark specialized in corporate commercial and international energy law, with experience encompassing the entire energy value chain. With extensive experience as a board member, Mark has served as Lead Independent Director and chaired multiple committees for numerous organizations. Mark spearheaded a water well project in Namibia providing 10,737 Namibians daily access to clean and sustainable water sources.
